Question Strange sounds coming from PC help identify

Yesterday, when starting up a certain game I heard a strange sound coming from my PC, and during the loading screens (when teleporting to or entering new areas) I often heard multiple of those sounds. You can hear four of them here:

What could be causing those sounds?

Do you have an actual hard drive installed? Could be an HDD chirp. If so, you need to replace ASAP!

I have also heard GPUs with blower type cooling fans make a similar sound when the fan speeds up (particularly when spun down for power savings mode).

What are the specs for this system (make/model of all installed components)?

open up the chassis and take the HDD out.
