Question Strange bug with all textures and shadows, looking grainy.

I got some issues with shadows and textures look grainy and strange. I've tried playing with all the settings one by one and no change. They just have lots of squares on them and it's really distracting.

Maybe your monitor is going bad—check with another known-good monitor.
