Yea.. it is actually pretty tedious unfortunately.

@Shodan_ If you want to do it slightly faster you can use the advanced filter next to your Steam items and filter for foil cards only. Those are usually the most expensive, so you would not need to list more if you just want a quick buck. It would have been nice if Steam had a way to filter cards for the exact price though, like all cards for 30 cents and over.

Not a bad idea but I don't think I have any of those foiled. I wish there was something like auto-list at starting price or something like that.
