steam client question

I have been using my current isp for 20 without a problem but for the last 3 weeks i never know if i am going to be able to send an email until i actually click send and all they say is turn hub on/off.

My steam client is set to auto log but if i put it on a new machine i will have to put in my email address so that i got get my account onto the new machine , if i change providers i will not be able to use my current email to prove its me so i can get access to my account , is their a way put put my account onto a new machine using a different email address

Change your Steam account email to a webmail like Outlook.com or Gmail.com—you can then access your email from any browser.
