@neogunhero the driving feels like halo meets rocket league.

I don't mind the empty planets. It's outer space. Most planets are void and barren and filled with minerals. So it never bothered me as much as others.
That's a great way to describe the vehicle handling. If only there were a large ball to kick around.

I don't necessarily hate the barren planets, it's just that of course I'd prefer one with more interesting landscapes. The barren planets are still going to have some POIs with the potential for good loot, if not then there's stuff you can grab to sell. It's also great sitting at my PC at midnight, pitch black in my room, looking up at the galaxy and listening to the ambient noises. Very relaxing.

Lower gravity only changes how hard the vehicle is pulled down. It still has the same inertia as always. Once you get that thing moving, it's going to be like driving on a slick road because tire friction will be way down.

I can't remember what book it was, but disreputable folks were scamming tourists going to the moon by selling them heavy belts they could wear. Feels good on the legs when standing still, but when you try to stop you better lean way back or you'll fall flat on your face!
