As title: what's your favorite game that can be played by setting up a dedicated server?

I want to purchase some games on Steam Summer Sale, and I also want to learn how to set up a dedicated server so that I can play with some friends on my own server!!!

A lot of survival games are like this. You can set up dedicated servers for Ark: Survival Evolved, for instance. You can also do this for the co-op mod for Skyrim. Satisfactory, the best game IMO, can have a dedicated server, as well.

Yeah, I love Palworld. Would be great with a bunch of friends.

The first game that came to mind was Minecraft. I think it's the only game I've personally made a dedicated server for, at least one that ran while I wasn't playing myself.
