There are no other games like V-Rising. If it's the combat that you primarily like, Hades is somewhat similar, but not as complex, but nothing has the whole package.

I just glanced at it, but it would appear that a game that is "coming soon" might be similar. It's called Land of Simbiosis.

Looks like the combat/perspective, and some of the gameplay, etc. are based off of V Rising. There is no indication of a launch date, though.
