Question Should I upgrade?

I have my almighty gtx 780 for several years now, it served me more than I have ever expected! I wonder if I should upgrade or wait, if i'll upgrade it'll be a rtx 2070 prehaps.
What do you guys think?

Whatever youre playing a 2070 is way beyond a GTX 780, and would work with your PSU
