Should I Get A Xeon E5 2680 V4 ,i7 3770 Or E3 1270 V2

I have a RX 570 8gb and i currently have a E3 1220 V2 (Exact Same As a i5 3570) which bottlenecks my gpu.I mainly play Warzone 4 and in that the i7 3770 gets 40 - 50 fps and the E5 2680 V4 gets 80 - 90 fps on the same setting.I dont know how this is possible because the i7 is not being fully used in the video .But if i get the E5 i will have to get a new mobo. In The Video The Person Is Using A Rx 580 2048 SP Which Is Same As An Rx 570 8gb

The 3770K will help a little I can tell you from experience, but it wont be a huge upgrade.

How much are you willing to spend on a new motherboard and CPU?
