Either to be honest. They're both very similar and will perform almost the same.
If one's much cheaper than the other, get the cheaper one.
If they're the same price, get whatever has the better warranty in your country. Or whichever you like the look of more (if your case has a window). The Palit one is very slightly faster, so if the prices and warranties are the same, you could get that one.
