Question Screen goes blank when gaming

Hello all. My monitor goes blank whenever I load into COD or Tarkov. I have updated all drivers and adapters. I have run FurMark stress tests on the Nvidia 2060, and it worked great. My temps never get above 70c.
I have a HP Omen 30L with:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3593 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
Nvidia RTX 2060
16GB Ram
HP 87C3 Motherboard
HP 500Watt PSU
256 GB SSD
1TB HDD
Windows 10
I have ran every trouble shooting and updating I can think of. What could be the cause?

I assume it stays blank?
I ask because I get some blanking at times too, but it's never more than ~5 seconds.

What does Event Viewer errors or warnings say for the time of the blanking?
