Question RX 570 4GB i3 8100 vs 1060 3GB G4560

I'm not sure if I'd recommend either of those, especially when your budget is unknown. Also, RAM matters and power supply matters. Could you give a little more information?

They are second hand and price is similar.

If the prices are similar and you are sure you can't get anything better new for a similar price (2nd hand often = old tech, no warranty, very little savings) then the i3 8100 + RX 570. Easily. Quad core CPU versus dual core, while the 2 GPUs perform similarly (and the RX 570 is a bit ahead in modern games too)
