I want to download road rash setup for windows 10, it works, but the screen size is small, what is the solution?

It won't go full screen as you expect, it just wasn't designed for that. The guide here is likely the best you can do.

From the main menu choose “Restroom”, then choose “Graphics Options”. Make sure that “Race Resolution” is set to 640×480. Biker Resolution should be set to “High” and “Videos” to “Large Videos”.

I have it downloaded as I want to test it, so I am not sure it will work, but I was recommended to give it a try. Maybe it will work for someone else in the meantime.
