NZXT's reputation must be tanking after the whole class action lawsuit thing they got into. I'm seeing a lot of their hardware online at pretty good discounts. They have a MATX case on sale for $50, normally $80, which looks to be one of the best you can buy at that price. At least their cases are better than their rent-a-PC program.

Only have one thing from them and as long as it keeps working, I won't worry about reputations. It was rated highly so I won't worry, that and they don't make it themselves... very few make their own PSU. Only Seasonic and Superflower are 1st party, rest of them use someone else... possibly one of the two already mentioned in this sentence.

I don't follow hardware makers really, apart from Samsung (had about 4 monitors from them and all my ssd have been from them so far) I generally don't have favourites when it comes to hardware. Okay, I did have 4 Asus motherboards but I got in a rut, and they always worked fine for me. Guess I also like Western Digital hdd but only as only one die in about 20 years.

note... one day get my 5th panel from Samsung... but Asus make monitor. I can't escape them.
