Random games keep randomly crashing

I just upgraded my CPU, motherboard, and ram to this below. My games randomly crashes sometimes and sometime crashes my computer/blue screen. Unrelated i think, sometimes randomly my WIFI is bad/slow.

Intel core i7-13700k
Asus Z790-P prime wifi ddr5
g.skill Ram 32GB DDR5-6000
Windows 11
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
650 Watt - Standard 80 PLUS Gold

Hmm, that might be a bit low, especially if not a top-grade model—our hardware gurus like Kaamos will tell once you answer his Q about your PSU.

New upgrade, so all airflow areas are clean—fans, heatsinks, grills? Heat is biggest enemy—what is cooling system?

Is that 2 x 16, bought together n same package, and on mobo QVL?
If yes, remove one stick and see if problems persist. Then try the other stick.

Did you remove and reseat all the parts? Might just be a weak connection…

Anyway, I'm not a hardware guy, I'll leave you to the experts—best of luck 🙂

So in the beginning this was a prebuilt then the motherboard went bad and had to get new cpu, motherboard, ram, and cpu cooler. That being said i didnt know for sure what my power supply was and that is my power supply above. Microcenter did the upgrading.

cpu cooler: DeepCool AK620CPU Air Cooler

no i didn't fresh install windows
The temps are all good

im not sure if the cleaned the airflow areas, yes it is 2 x 16, bought together in bundle with cpu and motherboard.
havent tried removing 1 stick yet

Just trying to help here, but you didnt tell us whether you reinstalled Windows, or what was in your rig before the upgrade. If you went from AMD to Intel then you might have a whole mess of drivers conflicting in an old Windows installation that would cause major headaches on top of potential hardware issues.

Regarding that PSU:

Someone in Microcenter should have told you, thats a low quality 450Watt PSU. The Main components of a PC including the CPU and GPU all take power from the 12V rail, as you can see from the label on your PSU, +12v has 450W on it.

You have pretty high end parts in that system. Treat it with a better PSU and I suspect a lot of your problems will go away, if they arent damaged already from using an underpowered low quality unit on them.

Assuming you're in the US this one is the cheapest I would suggest that is of decent quality.

For something I'd recommend in this system from the start, as the components are not cheap:

There are many, many other options so if you cant get either or want us to have a look at a list from a store you prefer, then let us know.
