PSU static electricity / clicking sound

Hello All - I was hoping to get some advice from the community. I've noticed a clicking / static electricity sound from my newly-built desktop PC and believe it is coming from the power supply. Video of the sound here: https://streamable.com/nu5nve (ignore the initial loud noise from my hand on the phone, it's just the smaller crackling noise I'm referring to)

I've already tried adjusting the power cord connection but there doesn't seem to be any improvement or change to the sound as I adjust it.

Is this just a normal issue or do you think I may have a defective power supply?

My PC's specs:

intel i9-13900K LGA1700 CPU
Gigabyte GV-N4090WF3V@-24GD RTX 4090 WinForce 3x
Gigabyte Aorus GP-AP1200PM 1200W Power Supply
Gigabyte GP-Aorus Waterforce X 360 liquid cooling
Gigabyte GA-Z790 Aorus Elite AX LGA1700 Mainboard
Adata AX5U6000C4016G-DCLARBK 16 GB DDR5-6000 (x2)
WD Black WD S200T3X0E SN770 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD

Thank you!
