PSU makes sound whenever i unplug my ethernet cable

So whenever i unplug my ethernet cable or go to "change adapter settings" and disable ethernet
i hear a hissing whining sound coming from my PSU
and whenever i plug my ethernet cable back the sound goes away like 98% and there is a tiny bit left that's always there even if i didnt unplug the ethernet
so is that coil whine? and nothing to be afraid of cuz it's really worrying me

That's weird lol... I would also be suddenly worried if that was my machine doing that...

i just realized that same sound happens whenever I power up my monitor the first 5 seconds of it being powering up I hear the sound and then when the monitor is on sound goes away that made me think It might be normal actually what do u think
