PS5 Controller Issue

Hi,

The left analog in my controller recently became non-response and now it is always going to LEFT. Below is a screenshot from a controller tester. Why would this be happening?

Why would this be happening?

♣ Wear and tear—how old is the controller?

♦ Dirt lodged in the movement space—can you get in there to clean out debris?

♥ Maybe a defect—have you searched to see if others are experiencing similar problems with your make/model?
