So been developing a game for some time thought I'd post some UIs people think. Constructive criticism is what indie devs like me thrive on so lets hear it. Sit-Back-Attack idle RPG preview is where you can view the images. They're still a work in progress, minor adjustments for sure. But if you see something that doesn't sit right let me know.

I have vision problems and it was all legible to me, so I say it's good. I'm currently working on a strategy game that has a lot more UI elements to it, and I'm struggling to decide whether to consolidate them and require more clicks per item or to leave them a little smaller than I would like. People like streamlined as much as possible.

In my experience the less cluttered your UI the better. In the first game I made De'Vine: World of Shadows I had an intense UI system. But you had to be intense to use it too lol. It was simply to much for the casual gamer. So I started simplifying my UIs, even the last game I released De'Vine: Heavenly Acres UI was to complex for some people. So I am going EVEN MORE simple and so far the feedback has been very positive. As a side note it seems like people prefer everything for a category under a single tab. So "Stats" all being in one place with sub tabs within for stuff like advanced stats. then abilities in a completely separate tab and so on.
