What motherboard
What CPU(s) have you tried?
What ram sets?
was it same motherboard every time?
Have you updated BIOS on it? Many new boards let you flash BIOS on them with only a PSU attached, no need for a CPU.
If its an AMD Board, were the rams on the QVL of motherboard or tested by makers of Ram to work with the board?

I hace a Asus rog strix b550 f wifi ii
Ryzen 5700x3d
And ryzen 3600xt
Some thing strange IS that wen i put in the 5700x3d and turn the pc on the Dram debug light blink forma second then turn the pc off
Wen i put in the rx 3600 non of the debug lights comes on but the fans and lights of the pc stays on every thing stays on but no monitor Signal no mouse Signal
All ready try 3 sticks of ram and 2 psu all so try another CMOS battery
I flash It aswell dont know if is my CPUs giving the problem the board is new like 4 days old

I had a 3600xt but went to a 5800x3d so close.
If its the CPU, do you have a GPU in PC?
You need a GPU in there since neither of the CPU has an igpu. You won't get a picture without one.
Sure GPU works?
if both have problems, i would think it unlikely 2 CPU have problems. How old are the CPU?
Need a known working cpu really to test it.

do you mean a CPU or GPU here? rx is what goes before their GPU, and I don't see one with that number.
