PC won't boot with orange DRAM light (Z690-A)

My PC has been running with no problems for more than 6 months, recently it shutdown and won't turn on again.
The orange/yellow DRAM light is on and won't post (can't get to the bios). Sometimes the DRAM orange light lights up and then turns off and the PC reboots on its own (it gets stuck in this loop).
I tried changing RAM slots, different RAM sticks, unplugging almost everything, resetting CMOS, updating BIOS firmware with BIOS Flashback but with no avail...

Specs:
Mobo: Asus Rog Strix Z690-A D4 Wifi
Ram: Corsair Vengeance PRO
CPU: 12900K

Please help, I need to figure out what the exact component that failed so I can replace it without replacing functional parts.
