PC TURNS ON BUT HAS NUMBER OF PROBLEMS

So my pc had done this before one time about a year ago where out of no where it would be able to turn on everything would start spinning but no display would pop up. I would try and turn it off with the power button by holding it but it would just start blinking. Ultimately I shut it off via power supply and tried to fix it and after fiddling with resetting cmos and updating bios with q flash I was somehow able to get it up and running again. It just happened again yesterday when I decided to move my pc and take my flu out in that process. I fiddled around a bit again and got it to work but. I just turned it on and it blue screened and is now doing the same thing. Idk what to do.
