There is no single way to answer this question. More memory would be one answer. A stronger GPU another. An upgraded CPU in the same motherboard.

What are you really trying to determine?

1 - I'd do the graphics card
2 - Ram next
3- CPU

Just add more ram and slip a 2 TB ssd drive and your good to go, the ram is cheap and a 2tb ssd would work in a new comp. You could add 16 or 32 of 2400 as that ship would need to be over_clocked to use faster stuff and it wouldn't be worth it. You can get 16gb for maybe 40?

My comp us 10600 i5, 64gb ram, 1060 6gb, 5tb storage, so basically a bit better that that one. So far I have not had any issues playing things at 1080p. Midnight suns is the newest game and it has pretty high min specs but it runs just fine

If you can get it for under 300 it'd be a good deal. At 500-600 I'd build a new budget computer.
