Hello

Could someone who's expert in hardware help me building a good PC and at the same time it fits my budget?

I want a PC costs between 12000-13000 Egyptian Pounds which is 756.50-819 in Dollar. You might consider stretching your budget to get a GTX 1660. An RX 570 is fine, but is relatively entry level these days. What are your expectations for games and settings?

Because the Ram you recommended is 3600mhz I don't think I need that

I am always worried about cheap PSUs bundled with cases. They can be extremely poor quality. Which is not what you want for the thing that feeds power to your system.

Cougar make some okay budget PSUs, but I would want to know what this "500W PSU" is before buying, if it were me.

If you prefer RGB RAM, then that RAM is fine

The rest of the spec is good. I had tried to make a spec along those lines but couldn't get it to 13000 LE. There were some bundle deals but I didn't look at them. Is that how you got the spec to 13000 LE?

Either monitor is fine. It depends what you want. The Acer has a TN panel, the AOC has a VA panel and is a little curved.
