Question PC beeping not sure what the pattern means.

Hello there, first and for most if this isnt the correct place to ask this question please tell me. anyway I really know nothing about computers but i had a friend help me build a gaming system. my set up is CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer inc. TUF Gaming X570-PLUS, RAM: 2 Corsair DDR4. Now for the question out of nowhere i've started having my computer start making beeping noises. Tonight i started it up and opened discord and it started making beeping noises at first it was kinda stopping and starting. And then if finally started and wouldn't stop. It was about a 1 second beep and a half second pause that kept repeating for about 5 minutes and then it just stopped. it did this to me about a week ago and it wouldnt stop until i shut it down and restarted.

11 short	Cache memory error.
1 long, 3 short	Conventional/Extended memory failure.
1 long, 8 short	Display/Retrace test failed.
Two-tone siren	Low CPU fan speed, voltage level issue.
