New here. Not new to PC gaming or parts but don't know as much as I'd like to.

I got my 2nd desktop PC a few days ago and it is prebuilt from CyberPowerPC.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7700
AM5, 1 CPU, 8/16
Base 3.8GHz/Turbo 4.95GHz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060Ti
CLim: 2130 MHz, MLim: 4750 MHz, RAM: 8GB
Driver 536.40

MB: Asus PRIME B650M-A AX II
2 M.2 Slots

Drive1: PNY CS2140 1TB SSD
Firmware: CS214321

RAM: 1x 16GB DIMM 22h 4800 MHz @ 6000 MHz

From searching the GPU is a mid-tier. If I wanted to upgrade at some point int the future is there any problems? Can I simply remove and replace it?
It has 4 slots for RAM but only 1x 16GB stick. I doubt I'll need to but is it easy to upgrade as long as the speed and type are better?
I was lucky in that I got the Ryzen 7 7700 and every game I own and am interested in this PC seems to meet the requirements.

Yup dont mix up RAM sticks from different sets even if they are the same brand and model number, its asking for trouble down the line, especially with AMD.

1 Stick of RAM doesnt perform as well as 2, and is not recommended. It will work though, not like its going to explode or anything.

Whether you can upgrade the GPU by dropping another straight in depends on the make and model of PSU in there and the size of the case its all in.
