New gaming PC (Need Advices)

Hi as I purchased new 1440p monitor Asus TUF GAMING VG27AQL1A decided to upgrade my PC, to play with decent graphics. I really don’t play all games, online games not at all.
I like AC series, Rdr2, far cry, and etc so i’m not really sure if i need to pay too much for new rig.

Recent pc config is this:
CPU
Intel i5 4690K
MoBo
ASRock Z97 Extr4
GPU
Gigabyte GTX970
RAM
G.Skill 2x4GB
PSU
Evga G2 650w
Cooler
Hyper 212 Evo

I’ve searched and found those at amazon:
So, cpu i’ve those options:(i’m not good at OC)

i5 10600k 270$
I7 10700 340$
i7 10700k 370$
i9 10900F 365

I really can’t decide, as i see at this moment 10600k is really good. But if i will think more about future rig then don’t know 10700 vs 10900F

Mobo:
GIGABYTE Z490 AORUS Elite AC
ASUS TUF Gaming Z490-Plus

RAM:
Crucial Ballistix MAX 4000 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL18 BLM2K16G40C18U4B (BLACK)

Gpu:
I really don’t know at this moment i will wait when hype goes down and choose between 6700-6900 or 3070-3080

PSU: I guess will need to upgrade Evga G2 650w ?

Cooler: do i need to change hyper 212 evo ?

The PSU should be O.K, even for a 3080 and 10900k at stock, check more carefully here if you like. Boon72 is right you dont need 32 GB of RAM for games. You also don't really need to get 4000Mt/s RAM. If its much more expensive, save the money and get 3600 C16 ish, the difference will be negligible.

The Hyper EVO 212, I'm not sure. The mounting kit is the same for the newer sockets but its a 4 heatpipe budget cooler designed for a time when Intel was pumping out efficient quad core laptop chips for the desktop. These new chips are being pushed to the egde on power and heat. Even the 10600K is a 125W TDP chip at stock.

If it were me I'd be looking at big air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15/Deepcool Assassin/Cryorig R1 Ultimate/Le Grand Macho or a 240mm AIO as a starting point. Especially if I was going beyond the 10600K. make sure you check what you can fit in your case, the big air coolers dont seem to go in a lot of newer ones.
