Monitor: View Sonic Elite XG270 G-Sync 1080p 240hz 1ms IPS
Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic
PSU: Corsair RM750x
SSD: Kingston Digital SUV500 480 GB, SanDisk SSD PLUS 240 GB (Might upgrade to Samsung 860 Pro and 960 Evo)
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda Pro 6TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2 x 16 GB
Fans: Antec Prism 120 ARGB 5 + C 120mm, Corsair LL Series LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light
Games: R6, COD, Destiny 2, Overwatch, Battlefield, CS:GO (I also like playing immersive singleplayers)

CPU: Need some help deciding on whether to get the 9900k, 10900k or the 3900x.
I could use either a Kraken Z73 or a Deep Castle 360EX
GPU: Was goig to get the 2080 ti for the, but will wait for Computex 2020 to see what comes out. In the meantime need an alternative that can handle the games and is affordable.
Edit: Also depending on the CPU the motherboard I would go with the Aorus x570 or z490 Master

What are the reasons for you to be in doubt between these CPU's? Quite honestly, I'm not that much into the 9 series of CPU's, but quickly searching I found that the Ryzen 3700x is not much slower than the 9900k for example.

Also, for the games you posted, are you sure you need a CPU like that? Or are there other things you want to do with your PC / is your budget high enough?

Why the 240hz 1080p monitor? Are you looking for every single last drop of possible competitive edge from hardware? Do you play at competitive settings i.e. almost everything on low?

1080p 240hz with an i9 level CPU and 2080 ti level GPU is an extremely niche setup. Many more casual gamers would get a better experience from a 1440p 144hz monitor.

I think my question still stands tbh - would be super helpful to know the answers :)

e.g. if you could afford a monitor upgrade and weren't welded to 240hz monitor, it would be something to explore

And we need to know if you're really chasing every last single possible potential maybe existing frame per second by playing on competitive graphics settings.
