Question Need help with false bans

Hi everyone! I’ve run into a strange issue and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice.

Recently, I received a ban from Activision, and it seems to be related to launching the game from a ReFS-formatted drive on Windows 11. My appeal was denied, and now I’ve lost access to their support entirely. Their response refers vaguely to “violating terms,” but they don’t specify what exactly was violated.

I’ve done my own testing and can reproduce the issue easily. There’s no mention of ReFS or any FS in their documentation, and it feels like this might be a bug they’re not acknowledging.

If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to get a proper response from their atvi, I’d really appreciate your help.

Banning an account without a specific reason is not fair. At least someone should know why he has been punished. This would help others to avoid such mistakes in the future. Didn't they give any reason for denying your appeal?

The reason for the ban is vague. And their position of not revealing further information for the protection of their security system is shielding them from further explanation..
