You want a 420 AIO for that cpu and if your primary use will be gaming then I can think of at least a half dozen cpu's that would be a better choice than that one seeing how the unlocked 14 gen i9 is a heat producing power hog.

No i have not bought anything yet the primary use would be gaming

so 360 aio isnt enough for this? And its for gaming i put this cpu bcuz its the least intel cpu that bottlenecks the 4090.

A 360 AIO for that cpu is more than enough. That cpu runs cool compared to the i9.
