Question NBA2K Online 2 (chinese version) is unable to change settings

I hope someone knows about this game that released in 26 december 2018, this game is a chinese version of nba2k.
I couldn't change settings in this game and the main issue is that I can't play this game with my controller (Speedlink Strike nx), I have an error in the settings and I able to share a picture soon because I currently download the game. But someone who knows this game can tell me why I can't change settings.

…etc as their cover stars. It's not like 2K to give their games away for free, especially when paying out so much money for promo stars.
