Question My PC will not boot when I have my graphics card in

So recently I had an issue with my PC and it would not boot up with my GPU in it at all but when I took it out and booted with integrated graphics it works normally. Immetiately I thought this would have been an issue from my graphics card so I sent it back and they sent me a new one and I still have the same problem.

have you set the grapics card in the bios?

How can I set it in bios if right when I turn on my pc when there is no graphic output?
