Question Motherboard keeps restarting

Hdd ram gpu cdrom all plugged in cpu plugged in and motherboard keeps restarting but when i unplug 8 pin connector from cpu motherboard than stays on. The pins are not bent, whats causing the restarts i can assure you before i took this pc apart it was working fine.

This might seem obvious but try re-seating your ram modules?
