Hi, i have motherboard MSI A55M-P33, Can i use GT610 2gb?

You can but I doubt you're going to be able to play anything with favorable frames while on that discrete GPU. In fact the bottom tier GPU's are meant for display output when your system lacks any option for display output or that they don't support your concurrent panel's connectivity/resolution.
