Question Low performance with rtx 2070 and ryzen 5 2600

I've noticed ever since I bought my rtx 2070 I haven't seen much performance increase from my rx 580. I play fps games like r6 and csgo. I have a 240hz monitor so I want to be getting as man fps as I can. With my current rig I'm only getting around 120 fps in csgo on lowest settings which is well under what it should be getting and in r6 its a bit better at 140. I have an rtx 2070 ryzen 5 2600 and 16gb 2400mhz ram

Please check that RTX 2070 has latest drivers and it is running at gaming mode or overclocking mode.
What RTX 2070 do you have? What is it running at? Boost clock suppose to be around 1620Mhz (1710Mhz for FE).

I did the UserBenchmark test and it said that my gpu score was 20%. They linked an overclocking video which got me to 80%, it was just some basic overclocking which solved the problem.
