Question Looking to upgrade

I'm looking to Upgrade my GPU from a 1660ti but am unsure what would be a good choice and compatible with my PC.

My specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Nuctua cooling fan

Motherboard: MAG X570 Tomahawk WiFi (MS - 7C84) with MSI Click Bios 5 Ver: E7C84AMS. 1FO

Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x (16GB)

SSD/HDD: Kingston SA2000M81000G (1TB SSD)

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (MSI Twin Frozr 7)

PSU: Corsair RM 750x (Not sure of the exact age but I've had it since around 2019) Note: I may upgrade this too as I think it's become faulty.

Chassis: NZXT H510 Compact ATX Mid-Tower

OS: Windows 11

Monitor: AOC gaming monitor, curved, 27"

I live in Ireland, my budget is optional though not too pricy (not looking to build a NASA PC), Amazon would be my preferred place of purchase, and I play games like Doom Eternal, Helldivers 2, Cyberpunk, Baldur's Gate 3, etc. so as long as it can handle games like that without bursting into flames or hard crashing I'm happy. I also do video editing now and then and record gameplay with OBS.

Oh, quick question I'm also thinking of switching my PSU from an RM 750x to a an RM 1000x. Is that wise or would that be overkill?

That's way overkill. A 550W psu will work for that build. The 5700X doesn't use much juice, same with the RTX 3060 12GB.
