This build allows you to upgrade to a better video card such as an RTX 3060 once the prices of graphics cards get back to normal (hopefully by next year or even sooner). Check the internet for something like a GTX 1650 Super ... Amazon, Ebay, etc .. just don't purchase a pre owned card off of ebay. You can download Windows 10 for free from the MS site.
