My friend and I wrote several times to Hannes Seifert on Facebook and Twitter -X (from which he seems to have recently deleted), and even a paper letter - he did not respond
Have you considered asking Marin Gazzari (LinkedIn)? He's mentioned as the world designer in the "Making of..." series, the handbook credits him as Lead Content Creator and his name is literally all over the .wld file. I don't think he has the beta you're after, but he seems to be the right person to ask questions about a cut level.

Yes, we contacted him last year. He does not know about the fate of the remote mission, and in general his position is not indicated entirely correctly - in fact, he was more responsible for the gameplay, rather than the content. He did not have any additional materials. The main producer of the project also recently said that he does not know the reasons why this mission (Jeweler) disappeared from the finale - he was sure that it should have been there all these years...
We made a request to Kaveh Kazemi, perhaps, as the Leader-Manager of the entire project, he has some data.
It was also not possible to get an answer from Taka-Two; there was no response to our paper letter by mail for 3 months...
It may be very difficult to do this if there are no interested comrades/friends who work/have worked in this company.
