With the prices of PC hardware in Canada atm I wouldn't shoot for anything past 1440. The Canadian prices are insane right now. With that said I would order the parts and take them down to a local mom & pops PC / laptop repair shop and have them build it for you for a small fee if you don't want to build it yourself. This way you know you aren't getting hosed on such items as the power supply, motherboard, sh1tty case, etc .. that prebuilts are notorious for.

This is what I'd do with your budget. I'd wait until January 3rd when Intel releases the locked cpu's along with the B760 boards and then I'd purchase the i5 13400F. Leaked benches out of Asia have that cpu going head to head with the 12600K and that's with an ES chip and crap bios. I posted a B660 DDR4 board in this build to give you a rough idea of the cost of a B760 DDR5 board .. just add 10% to the price of that board down below. btw both this case and cpu cooler are known for being quiet. You can google the reviews. Last but not least this build is meant for gaming at 1440P. You want a high refresh rate IPS G-Sync compatible monitor.
