Looking for a CPU to pair with 3060ti

Hello! I just got a 3060ti because i found one for its msrp. I didn’t think about CPU bottleneck, and now i’m experiencing just that. Any recommendations on a CPU I should buy? I’m thinking about getting the r7 5800x but I am kind of on a budget. Any recommendations would help!

I already researched compatibility with ryzen 5000 series cpus and i am capable of doing a BIOS update.
