Question Lenovo LOQ17IRR9

Hello,
I have an occasion to buy a Lenovo LOQ17irr9 tower with following specs :
32GB DDR5 RAM
NVME 512GB
i5-14400F
RTX 4060

Is it a good plan ?
In my country (France) it's around 1000€ New, I can get it used for 550€. (euros)
It's quite cheap : The same configuration brand new with a self-built pc is around 900€.
But is this pc upgradable ?

For the price, 1000 Euro seems a bit high. That would be roughly $1150 USD which is a bit high for the specs. They are good specs and will run nearly every game at 1080p Ultra, 1440p Med-High, but as you pointed out you can build it for cheaper. As for used, you have some risks when buying used. I would recommend testing everything before buying, and if you do buy the used PC, I would suggest to do a clean reinstall of Windows. Also, you do not have warranty on a used PC.

As for upgradable, it should be, however typically with pre-built PCs they don't make it very easy. Possible yes, easy maybe not. Also, pre-built PCs come with lots of unnecessary bloatware, another reason to do a clean reinstall of Windows.

It's got good hardware, but price is a bit high. I would go the used route, but of course make sure everything is working 100%.
