Hello,

I want to buy the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G but i don't know if it's compatible with my motherboard, Here's my motherboard:

Can you tell me if it's compatible pls ? Thank you.

You mostly want a new PC to use that processor.

-AMD Athlon X4 Cadencé à 3.50 GHz
-ASRock A320M-HDV R3.0
-8 Go de mémoire totale de type DDR4 à 1.2 GHz (1.2x1 GHz)
Barrette G.Skill de 8 Go
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER
-Disque dur SAMSUNGHD160HJ de 149.05 Go SATA II
-Disque dur ST1000DM003-1ER162 de 931.51 Go SATA III
-SSD WDCWDS120G2G0B-00EPW0 de 111.80 Go SATA III

I wouldn't try to reuse old parts on a new PC. Maybe GPU if you want as it is likely on par with the 5600G (I haven't looked)
Would want a new PSU mainly as old ones wear out. Ryzen CPU need newer model PSU to cope with how they use power.

new ram too? Ryzen works way better with dual channel ram so 2 or 4 sticks beats one.
I would go mad and get an SSD as well as you won't ever want to use HDD again (for windows anyway)
I would ditch the sata 2 drive as it will slow system down. When you access it anyway.

if you use pc part picker, pick a motherboard (mb) and CPU first, and then choose ram as I think it checks compatibility. Always helps to check motherboard makers website or ram maker to see if they tested ram with MB. MB Makers tend to test CPU/MB combos, ram makers just check MB.
