Filling all the stuff in on https://pcpartpicker.com/ I get to a price of $2000 and that's with me choosing the cheapest options of the parts that have several editions that would fit your description. It could easily be a few hundred more.

It seems to me like it's a very good deal. I would suggest not finalizing the deal until you've had a chance to see it running on max capacity, just to make sure nothing starts overheating or otherwise crashing.

That's not a 2000€ build. Not even close.

It might be if you picked those specific, out of date components, which have higher prices because they're not being made any more. But if you picked the modern equivalent / replacements that even perform better then it should be a lot less.

e.g.

And of course, if you were self-building or even buying a prebuild, you wouldn't have to buy that. You wouldn't have to buy an i5 10600k + Z490 board if an R5 3600 + B450 / B550 would do. You wouldn't have to buy 32gb RAM if 16gb is more than enough. If you're gaming at 1080p, you wouldn't have to buy a 2060 Super if an RX 5600 XT is more than enough for you. And so forth.

Performance per € it's probably still better than what you can get brand new. But of course, it comes with 0 warranty. And just because the seller says it's fine and they are upgrading to a laptop doesn't mean it's true - or that the PC doesn't have a fault they don't know about.

Ultimately it's your call if the savings are worth going 2nd hand - 900€ is still a lot of money.

Zero Warranty is true. But I will at least be able to run it and I normally tend to trust people. Of course I look at overall presentation. At least on the pictures the system looked very good and taken care of. Also the seller answered all questions in a very short amount of time. Which for me are also signs its not a rip off. Nevertheless these are points which shouldn't be taken light heartedly thats totally true. Thanks again for taking your time.
