I need help with components

For starters I don't barely know anything about components/build and live in Sweden.

I have a budget of 1500-2200 dollars/euros and I want a pc capable of Ray tracing, 4k and 60fps min at high end games while also being able to play at 120+fps at normal games with 1440p. The budget can go slightly higher (max 100) if it would mean a big improvement.

With your budget I would consider a 1440 monitor so that you can maintain a decent frame rate. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.
