I need help to find a budget pc

Hi everyone,im new to the site and i need help.I'm from a third world country where is difficult to buy a pc so a family member that lives in the states offered me a pc,she said that i could look for a new pc on Amazon but i only see expensive pcs and i really dont want to abuse.

Can someone help me find a similar pc for a price that doesnt exceed 230$?

Not a new PC, no, not for anywhere near that price. Second hand or refurbished, anything is possible but very risky.

Uhm the usual stuff,streaming,watching 1080p vídeos and some gaming once in a while in low settings

That's watching streaming, not doing the streaming yourself.
