Hi everybody.
i'm a long time apple user and
please don't hit me, have been
using a mac book pro for gaming.
(hide behind my palms)

but now i thinking that maybe
its time to se if the grass is greener
on the other side.

and quickly it realised that it is not
a field of grass on the other side
but a G*t D*m jungle!!!

i have i relatively hi demands on
the graphics on the games i play.
so the computers started to get
expensive.

my games i would like to get as high
on Graphics as possible is as follows

GtaV
witcher 3
red dead redemption 2
starcraft 2
fortnite
cyberpunk 2077

just for starters. :)

so after browsing around youtube for
tips and tricks i found two computers
that could maybe be worth it.
but because they cost so much.
i was thinking that maybe i could
get some advise before.

the two cp's i found are
-------------------------------------
Lenovo Legion T5 desktop gaming R7/16/1000/3070

Lenova series: Legion
productid: 90RC00CKMW

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: AMD VERMEER B550

1Tb SSD M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD

16GB Ram memory

GeForce RTX 3070

This rig is on sale and cost today
14.990 SEK

----------------------------------

the other cp is

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC
TG01-1018no

AMD Ryzen 7 4700G

512Gb SSD PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe

16 GB ram memory

GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

cost 13 990 SEK

-------------------------------

hope i added all the necessary info.

i would like to buy a better screen also
with at least 144 refresh rate.

so my budget is total of 20000SEK

what do you all think? will both of these
rigs help me?

The CPU's are basically the same except the 4700G has integrated graphics that wont be used. The first one is a bit faster due to having a better GPU and more storage. A quick Google seems to say that both have 16GB of 3200 RAM.

I'm not sure how they keep cool or which company has better warranty. So its worth doing a bit of Googling to see if a lot of people have had any issues with either model in question as JCgames said.

Basic spec wise both are pretty powerful and will play all modern games well.

Between those two computers I would go with the Lenovo that has the 3700x and the 3070. It is more powerful and has a larger storage drive. The 3070 is a great card, that will allow you to easily game at 1080p Ultra in most if not all games, and even 1440p Ultra depending on the title and if you make a couple concessions in the newest games, like dropping shadow quality a notch and turning off post-processing effects like depth-of-field.

I have heard some say the 3070 would be overkill for a 1080p monitor, but I don't necessarily think so. If you have a monitor with a high pixel density then scaling doesn't make sense. But I play on a 1080p monitor (93ppi) and like to use frame scaling to go up to 1440p. Everything ends up looking very sharp. GTA V plays like a dream, easy 60fps at full graphics settings. Assasin's Creed Valhalla plays great at Ultra with the tweaks mentioned above. Red Dead Redemption 2 is still a bit of a show-stopper, giving me more in the 45-60 range at Ultra settings. And I can still see what I'm doing when I'm web browsing or in the file explorer.

THAT said since you're coming from a Macbook, I would bet your monitor had pretty good pixel density. So, if you grab that computer, perhaps put a 27" 1440p monitor on your list next.
