have you got the latest bios? Seems they fixed something to do with IOMMU

the section you are looking for is called VT-D. You can find it on page 23
- Its in the bios/Advanced view/Settings tab
- set vt-d to enabled
- save and close bios.
the video I saw on it shows how to get to the BIOS, but it was for a lenovo machine, and had a different bios. Steps above are for yours.
if you need help getting into the bios, which version of windows are you using?
In win 11 its settings/system/recovery
under recovery, choose Advanced Startup and click restart now
windows will start in a blue menu
- pick troubleshoot
- pick advanced
- pick UEFI firmware interface, and choose restart
PC will restart again and load you into BIOS.
