Mortal Kombat is one of those games that i use a controller if im playing it on PC. That or i use an Arcade controller which is fun.

Definitely use a controller or you might as well spam your face against the keyboard. That could be a new fatality though, the old keyboard face smasher.

Face dimensions increase with each beating, thus allowing for a much better success rate after each attempt. It's idiot proof gaming..
