How do you delete local Steam Save Data and Reset Steam Cloud data?

I want to start fresh in a few games, but there's no way I know of to delete Steam Cloud saves and I can't seem to delete the local saves on Windows 11 either..

Local saves are in different places for different games. (It's something I whine about every year or two.) Google the game you're wondering about and you should find where the saves are located.

I don't know about cloud saves, though. If you don't want to use them, just don't load them? Or is it a game where that isn't an option?
