How do I report moderator? :)

So I replied "Video Games?" in the following article and got banned for 7 days. This was obviously done by someone who is trigger happy and should not have any authority. How do I find out who is responsible and where can I report their complete and utter incompetence? 😊

Comments on articles/news on front page all go to DIsquss, so Its possible they replied on there, in which case they need to send an email here - community@futurenet.com

We can't do anything for them on forums. And if it is forums, I don't recall thread. None of the mods on Forums are on Disqus. No cross over.

Colif is correct, it was a disqus comment. I'm actually surprised PC gamer has different login requirements for the forum/article comments. Btw, I'm curious, are the forum mods the same as the diqus mods? And are these people random community members with no actual policy to follow?

Also Colif that e-mail is useless. I've messaged it before and there's no response or anything. It's like mailing a letter into a shredder.

Admin are the only people who can help you and they are the people who should reply to that email address.

No Forum mods use Disqus.

I don't have any information on Disqus as I haven't used it myself. I don't know who works there or how they are appointed.

Admin been made aware of this post so they will reply in time 🙂
